Terms of Service

Effective date: November 4, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Narvo, operated by Alexander Rodriguez in Florida ("Narvo," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Narvo, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Narvo.

1. Who can use Narvo

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Narvo is built for people in the United States. You may use Narvo only for your own finances, or for an account you have permission to manage.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. Keep that account secure, because anyone who can sign in to it can see your Narvo data. Tell us right away at hello@mynarvo.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

3. Narvo is not financial advice

Narvo is an educational tool that helps you organize and understand your own financial information. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, and it is not a bank, broker or adviser. Insights, projections, budgets and AI answers are general information based on the data you provide, not recommendations. Before making financial decisions, consider talking to a qualified professional.

4. Accuracy and AI features

Narvo's numbers depend on the data it receives, from files you upload or from your bank through Plaid, and on automatic categorizing, which can make mistakes. AI features are powered by a third-party AI model and can produce answers that are incomplete or wrong. Check anything important against your bank's records. AI features have monthly usage limits, which reset on the 1st of each month and may change.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Narvo for anything illegal or fraudulent, or with financial information you aren't allowed to use;
• try to access other people's accounts or data, or test, probe or break Narvo's security;
• get around usage limits, or overload, scrape or copy Narvo by automated means;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer Narvo;
• upload anything harmful, such as malware.

6. Your data

Your financial data stays yours. You give Narvo permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time in Settings.

7. Third-party services

Narvo relies on other companies, including Google for sign-in, Plaid for bank connections and Anthropic for AI features. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms. Narvo isn't responsible for those services, or for your bank's systems, and can't guarantee they are always available.

8. Price

Narvo is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price and terms in advance, and you will never be charged unless you choose a paid plan.

9. Changes and availability

Narvo is a new service and will keep changing. We may add, change or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We will try to give notice of significant changes.

10. Disclaimers

Narvo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Narvo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, savings or data, arising from your use of Narvo. Narvo's total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Narvo in the 12 months before the claim or $50. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using Narvo and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts Narvo or its users at risk, and we will tell you why when we can.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida, unless the law of your state says otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the effective date. For significant changes, we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Narvo afterward, you accept the new terms.
